“As Layton battles Wilford for Snowpiercer’s soul, Melanie (Jennifer Connelly) leads the charge toward a shocking new discovery that could change the fate of humanity.”

Season three left “a split with Melanie Cavill leading the Eternal Engine and those passengers choosing to remain aboard Snowpiercer for relative safety, and Andre Layton leading the others on Big Alice choosing to venture into the unknown world exterior of New Eden.

The cast of the series includes Daveed Diggs, Jennifer Connelly, Sean Bean, Rowan Blanchard, Alison Wright, Mickey Summer, Iddo Goldberg, Katie McGuinness, Lena Hall, Annalize Basso, Sam Otto, Roberto Urbina, Sheila Vand, Archie Panjabi, Clark GreggAND Steven Ogg.

AMC acquired the rights to the series after TNT canceled the show in 2022, when Warner Bros. Discovery was implementing its content devaluation strategy.
