Here’s the first trailer for an upcoming adventure comedy titled Bookwormthat sees Elijah Wood AND Nell Fisher as a father and daughter who embark on a wild adventure.
The film comes with the tagline: “Adventure called his name…unfortunately Dad answered.” It looks like it will be a fun film that tells a charming and heartfelt story.
The synopsis reads: “In the midst of a family crisis, a declining American illusionist (Wood) and his precocious, long-estranged daughter (Fisher) venture into the wilds of New Zealand to find a mythical black panther known as the Panther of Canterbury. Panther.
The film was directed by Ant Timpson and he is also the protagonist Morgana O’Reilly, Michael SmileyAND Vanessa Stacy.
Rialto District will release Bookworm in New Zealand cinemas starting August 8, 2024. There is no US release date yet.
