HBO has released a trailer for its new comedy series Ghostsand features a star-studded cast of guest stars such as Dylan O’Brien, Steve Buscemi, Paolo Dano, Giulia Fox, Alexa Demie, Emma Stone, Aidy Bryant, Bowen Yangmusician Kim Petras like a mermaid, and Ziweand more.
The comedy series comes from writer, director and comedian Giulio Torres (Problemist and HBO Los Espookys), who stars in the project in the role of Julio, alongside him Martine Gutierrez in the role of Vanesja, Thomas Matos like Chester and Joe Rumrill like Bibo’s voice.
Ghosts follows Julio who has lost a gold oyster earring. During his quest to find the precious object, Julio reflects on the unusual characters he encounters in introspective, often disturbing and always comical vignettes, set in a dreamy, alternative version of New York City.

It sounds like a quirky, strange series and this six-episode season will premiere on Friday, June 7 at 11pm ET/PT on HBO and will also be available to stream on Max. New episodes will air weekly.
