James Franco AND Tommy Lee Jones have been chosen to lead the cast of the upcoming action thriller film project, The razor’s edge.
In the film, “After a mob hitman vows to leave his deadly past behind, he faces an impossible choice when his daughter is kidnapped and the woman he loves becomes a target of the syndicate. He is forced to undertake one last, dangerous mission while being pursued by an even deadlier assassin.”
Franco hasn’t done much these days. His career collapsed after he was accused of sexual exploitation and abuse of women in the acting class he taught. But from time to time he managed to get some roles in smaller films. His career will probably never be what it once was.
This latest project comes from the manufacturer Corey Grande (Paradise City, follows, The November Man) and director Demian Liechtenstein (3000 miles to Graceland). Lichenstein also writes the screenplay Vance Duplechin.
Large said in a statement: “I’m thrilled to have enlisted the incredibly talented actors James, Suki and Tommy Lee to bring The razor’s edge on the big screen.”
He added: “They are perfect to embody the protagonists of director Demian’s script. We look forward to starting filming this thriller next month with the help of our experienced executive producer Kirk,” he added.
Co-founder CEO of Bond It Capital Matteo Heldermann, commented, “We have worked with Corey on over a dozen projects over the years and have always appreciated his ability to deliver projects in diverse industrial climates. We are excited for another adventure here with Corey and his team.”
The film is produced by Kirk Shaw (The Hurt Locker, Papa Hemingway in Cuba, Extraction).
