This week’s retro trailer is for the 1986 cult horror film Creatures. If it’s been a while since you’ve seen this movie, this trailer will remind you just how crazy the movie is.
Creatures was directed by Stefano Herek in his directorial debut. The film blends elements of comedy, horror and science fiction, revolving around a group of small, furry, ferocious alien creatures known as “Crites” who escape from an asteroid prison and land in a small Kansas farming town.
Pursued by two shapeshifting bounty hunters from outer space, the Crites begin terrorizing the local residents, focusing primarily on the Brown family farm.
The family, together with the bounty hunters, must fight the alien threat. This movie is pretty crazy and if you’ve seen it, it has some memorable moments.
