Trailer for the WWII aerial action film THE SHAMROCK SPITFIRE: THE TRUE STORY OF SPITFIRE PADDY

The first trailer for an interesting new WWII action film titled has been released The Clover Spitfire. The film tells the epic true story of Brendan “Paddy” Finucane, one of the most famous fighter pilots of World War II and the youngest Wing Commander in history.

Irish World War II hero Brendan “Paddy” Finucane, was 21 when he became the Royal Air Force’s youngest wing commander. The film tells the true story of Finucane, “who was killed when a bullet fired from the ground pierced the radiator of his Spitfire during a mission over France”.

In the film, “Europe’s future hangs by a thread as fierce battles rage in the skies over southern England. Irishman Brendan Finucane, with his dream of becoming an aviator, is one of the first to join the Royal Air Force.

“With his baptism of fire in the Battle of Britain, Brendan proves himself to be a natural fighter pilot. It isn’t long before he is given command of the Australian 452 Squadron. Under Brendan’s guidance they will become legends.”

The film was written and directed by Dominic Higgins AND Ian Higgins and becomes the protagonist Shane O’Regan, Chris Kaye, Emily Outred, Eoin Lynch, Bethany Billly, Carl Wharton, Sophia Eleni, Rafe Bird, Jonathan Cobb, Blake Heaven, Charles O’Neill, Sara Dee, Bryan Reynolds, Elliot CableAND Jason Adam.

The film is scheduled for release on March 12, 2024.
