Marvel Studios has offered a first look The fantastic Four movies that they are developing in the form of promotional art and there were a lot of things revealed in that art. Particularly the film’s cast and 1960s setting. I’m very excited about this film, I love the fact that the story will be set in the 60s. It will be very different from any other Marvel movie we’ve seen before, and that’s a good thing.
Now we have a new piece of art to share with you created by cartoonist Phil Noto. I don’t know if it was officially commissioned, but it’s still an interesting work of art worth sharing! Noto shared the art with the following note:
The 1960’s MCU Fantastic Four movie is very relevant to my interests 🙂 NOTE: I’m flattered, but I didn’t make the Marvel promotional art released today. It was made by the talented @wes_burt
Movie stars Pedro Pasquale (The last of us) as Reed Richards, Vanessa Kirby (Mission: Impossible: Showdown) as Sue Storm, aka the Invisible Woman; Joseph Quinn (Stranger things) as Johnny Storm, aka the Human Torch; AND Ebon Moss-Bachrach (The Punisher, The Bear) as Ben Grimm, aka The Thing.
Fantastic Four will be directed by Matt Shakman (WandaVision) from a screenplay by Josh Friedmanwho was brought in to rewrite the script originally written by Jeff Kaplan AND Ian Springer.
Fantastic Four will be released in theaters on July 25, 2025, two weeks later Superman: Legacy comes to the big screen.
