Popular YouTuber MrBeast just made a huge deal with Amazon Prime Video to create a new series for the streamer. A report from Puck News (via CB) states that the show’s first episode will first air on its YouTube channel before hitting Prime Video. It’s unclear whether that format will continue throughout the series or if it will just be for the season opener, but we’ll likely hear more details when the deal is officially announced.
This deal makes sense as a next step for the YouTube star, who has built a huge fan base and is looking to hopefully bring them to a streamer who can expand what he can do. We don’t yet know when the show will air, or exactly what the premise will be, but the Puck News report says it will be a competitive format.
