Lisa Kudrow (Friends) is set to the opposite star Ray Romano (Everyone loves Raymond) in Netflix’s upcoming dark comedy series, No good deeds. The eight-episode series comes from Dead to me Creator Liz Feldmann.
The series follows “three very different families competing to buy the same 1920s Spanish-style mansion that they think will solve all their problems. But as sellers have already discovered, sometimes your dream home can be an absolute nightmare.”
Kudrow will take on the role of Lydia Morgan, “a very talented (and very nervous) former pianist, Lydia is a devoted wife to Paul (Romano) and a loving, if imperfect, mother to their two children. She is appalled by the idea of selling their home in Los Feliz, a place full of happy memories and dark secrets.”
Feldman will serve as showrunner and executive producer Will Ferrell AND Jessica Elbaum for Gloria Sanchez Productions, Christie Smith as well as with Silver Tree, who will direct the pilot and additional episodes.
