Marvel Studios has released a trailer for Werewolf at night coloured. Yes, this is the colorized version of last year’s Marvel Cinematic Universe horror special, and while it’s the same movie, but in color, it’s still a fun trailer that promises the movie will be “More Terrifying” and “More Creepy” . Seeing all the blood in red definitely makes you realize how violent this movie was.
When previously talking about the color version of the film, the director Michele Gioacchino he said it pays homage to Hammer horror films. He said: “We spent a lot of time working on this color version. We wanted to pay homage to the incredible vibrant color of horror films like those made by Hammer.” You can definitely see it in the trailer that was released.
“On a dark and brooding night, a secret cabal of monster hunters emerges from the shadows and gathers in the foreboding Bloodstone Temple following the death of their leader,” reads the special’s synopsis. “In a strange and macabre memorial to the leader’s life, participants are drawn into a mysterious and deadly competition for a powerful relic, a hunt that will ultimately bring them face to face with a dangerous monster.”
“Inspired by horror films of the 1930s and 1940s, this chilling special aims to evoke a sense of dread and the macabre, with plenty of suspense and scares along the way as we explore a new corner of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.”
Disney+ will debut the color version of Werewolf by Night on Disney+ on October 20th. Enjoy the trailer!
