BLUEY: THE VIDEOGAME brings the best Disney+ show to console and PC

It’s a great time in my apartment. Last week, during the Nintendo Direct, a SPY x FAMILY the video game was announced and then, more recently, a Bluy the video game was announced. Bluey: The video game comes from developer Artax Games and publisher Outright Games in collaboration with BBC Studios. In the game, up to four players will play as the Heeler family: Bluey, Bingo, mom (Chili) and dad (Bandito). It is described as a sandbox adventure that will allow you to fully explore Bluey’s house and other iconic locations. Based on the description below, it will be a sandbox but then you will go to certain areas and it will allow you to play a short level/activity for “story-driven episodic gameplay”. Excitingly, there is also a brand new 4-part storyline.

“Bluey: The Videogame” was designed with flexibility in mind, allowing fans to interact with the game and explore it at their own pace with the ability to switch between story missions, activities and exploration at any time. Variable difficulty features have been included that allow the game to be accessible and fun for both preschool and older fans, including toggle UI, simple written on-screen instructions, and voiceover complete. Players will be able to use physics-based mechanics to manipulate objects, interact with the world around them, add additional challenges to minigames, and support free play in the sandbox.

We know it too Bluey: The video game will feature minigames like Magic Xylophone and Keepy Uppy. Additionally, you will unlock items such as costumes. If they don’t have tiger and zebra onesies for those, they’re doing it wrong! I am over the moon excited to play this video game and know that it will be the go-to game for family game nights for quite a while after its release. Talking about, Bluey: The video game will be released on Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4/5 and Xbox consoles on November 17th. You can pre-order physical copies at various retailers including GameStop (affiliate link).
