Destin Daniel Cretton (Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings) is developing the series as a producer and Andrew Guest (Hawk eye) is head writer and executive producer. This had already been revealed Ben Kingsley is also set to reprise his role as Trevor Slattery in the movie. The cast of the series also includes Demetrius Grosse as Eric Williams/Grim Reaper, Ed Harris like Neal Saroyan, e Lauren Glazier.

The series will focus on Marvel character Simon Williams, aka Wonder Man. In the comics, he is “the son of a wealthy industrialist whose company is having a hard time with competition from Tony Stark’s Stark Industries. As a result, Williams accepts an offer from the villain Baron Zemo which grants him ionic superpowers including super strength and durability. After battling the Avengers multiple times, Wonder Man eventually joined their ranks.

Wonder Man has also been an actor and stuntman in the comics, so it makes sense that Kingsley’s Slattery is involved since he’s also an actor.

Gad is a fun actor to watch in the projects he’s a part of and it will be interesting to see who he plays on the show!
