‘Bachelor’s Gabi Calls Out Zach For Reporting Sex: ‘I Became A Storyteller’

After Zach Shallcross ended things with Gabi Elnicki at the end of The bachelorthe two met face to face in a live after the last rose segment. It was the first time they had spoken to each other since they broke up in Thailand months earlier, and also the first time Gabi had talked about the fantasy suite drama. Zach and Gabi had sex in the fantasy suite, even though she said she didn’t want to go a week without sleeping with anyone. She then shared this news with kaity biggarand all of America watching, which was very upsetting for Gabi.

Gabi admitted that she is a presenter Jess Palmer that it was “violent” for Zach to share his intimate moment with the public. He then expressed his feelings about him to Zach himself. “You and I meet on the beach [that day]some of the moments behind my emotions and what brought me to this point,” Gabi said. “You supported me so much, you said you supported me and I felt so protected by you. everything aired during the night, because many of our evenings were not aired.

Gabi explained that she and Zach have talked about so much more than intimacy, including mental health, therapy, and their insecurities. “[The sex] It was a moment that we shared together and we both enjoyed it and it was consensual and what we wanted. We agreed it would be between us,” she continued. “We said it that night and I remember I was brushing my teeth and you came from behind and kissed the back of my neck and said, ‘This is just between us. ‘”.

So when Zach went to Gabi’s hotel room to tell her he wanted to be honest about the situation with other women, she was “shocked” by him. “I understand your point, but I wanted you to let me know that you would use my name and tell everyone what happened, because I didn’t know you would,” Gabi admitted. “Even when you spoke to me at my hotel, it was just, ‘I don’t want any secrets.’ It was never like, ‘Hey, this happened, and it was Gabi. In fact, I didn’t know you told everyone about it until I saw it last week.

The whole situation was already difficult for Gabi, but watching her on TV and seeing how things turned out made it even more difficult. “It was more than a TV show for me,” Gabi insisted. “I am ashamed of a moment that felt like love. It was very painful for me to go through all of this. You were just talking to Kaity at the time. Ariel didn’t know. I didn’t know until I saw it again. I wish you had sent me home and saved me from all this pain that went on and on. I’m reliving it, but much worse than when I left Thailand because I’m seeing it from another point of view. I just thought she was among us. I thought it was love. I thought it was more than a TV show. I see…sex sells, but now I’ve become a narrative.

Unfortunately, Zach didn’t have much time to respond, but he apologized to Gabi. “The way I handled things was completely wrong,” Zach admitted. “There is no excuse for the way I handled things. I felt like I needed to let everyone know that I went against my word and that it really hurt you. In my head, it was just this secret that I shouldn’t have anymore, but it was actually so much more. There’s nothing I can do to fix this, but I want you to know that the last thing I wanted was to hurt you like this. I was just trying to be honest. It doesn’t matter though, because it hurts more. My actions have consequences. From the bottom of my heart I am so sorry and I hope you know that our relationship that we share is something I will never forget. This does not discredit what we share.”
