On the eve of the release of the fourth ‘John Wick’ film, the unexpected death of Lance Reddick, who played Charon, the receptionist at the massive hotel The Continental, has been confirmed. The actor who was also part of one of the most classic series in the history of television, ‘The Wire’, has died at the age of 60.

Media reports that the actor was found dead in Studio City, Los Angeles, but the exact causes behind the unfortunate and surprising death of the actor are currently unknown. However, Reddick did not attend the premiere of the film starring Keanu Reeves, although, in principle, his absence has nothing to do with the reason for his death.

‘John Wick’ was the saga that put Lance Reddick’s name in the headlines once again, but it was HBO’s ‘The Wire’ that popularized his face. The program is considered one of the best in television history, and was broadcast in 2002 and 2008, where he played Lieutenant Cedric Daniel for 5 seasons.

Lance Reddick’s long run in John Wick
