Seven women remained for the March 6, 2010 episode. The bachelormore with green bomber still in quarantine after testing positive for COVID-19, only six of them have had encounters with Zach Shallcross This week. It started with kaity biggarIn one-on-one, making her the first woman to go on a second solo date this season. Zach and Kaity have deepened their connection and she has opened up to him about not having her father in her life and also feeling abandoned by the man who has become her father figure. Zach gave Kaity the rose at the end of their one-on-one date, confirming that he was ready to meet her family on next week’s dates in her hometown.
The ladies chosen for the group meeting were Gabi Elnicki, Charity Lawson, Ariel Frankel AND kat izo. Kat was especially angry that she didn’t get picked for the last heads-up before Hometowns, and her emotions started showing through. The group’s general meeting was extremely emotional as the women and Zach visited a mentalist, who raised some of their biggest fears. During her time with the mentalist, Kat admitted that there were times when she questioned whether or not she wanted to continue her journey with Zach. She admitted that she thinks she’s the right woman for Zach, but doubts have clearly been raised.

At the after party, the ladies spoke privately with Zach and shared even more. Gabi opened up about having ADHD, while Charity assured Zach that she trusted him completely despite her having been cheated on in the past. Meanwhile, Ariel let Zach know that she felt like he could break down her walls with him, which was always hard for her. Kat knew her conversation with Zach at the after party was important, and she walked away feeling a lot better about her relationship than she did earlier that day.
Before willie’s of brooklyn meeting one-on-one, Greer has finally seen Zach since his COVID quarantine ended. Greer hoped there was still a connection between her and Zach even though they hadn’t seen each other in person in nearly three weeks (before Greer contracted COVID, Zach was in quarantine after testing positive). Greer told Zach that she still felt strong enough in their relationship to introduce him to her family for a date in her hometown. Unfortunately there wasn’t.
“It’s literally days away,” Zach admitted. “I have to do what makes me feel good. From day one until now, I just follow my gut and my heart. And to give my hometown a rose, I need to feel 100% sure I can see a future, and I don’t feel that way. I would never want to tie you up. I just want you to know how I feel about it and I’m so sorry. Greer started to cry but she told Zach that she understood where she was coming from. “I respect that,” she shared. “Time is really of the essence and we didn’t have much of it and I have to accept that. I really appreciate you being so honest and transparent with me.”

However, she wasn’t the only one facing rejection. Zach and Brooklyn had a blast during their one-on-one date, but they realized over dinner that there was no future between them. Brooklyn revealed how close she is to her mother and grandfather, who have raised her since her biological father was not in her life. She admitted that it was difficult for her to introduce anyone to her family since she was with her abusive ex. Although she assured Zach that she was ready to take him home, he wasn’t ready to take that step because he wasn’t so confident in her future and didn’t want to meet the people who were so important to her when she was around. I had doubts.

“I know it’s a strong bond with you and hearing you talk about your grandfather and how your mother and grandfather raised you and made you into the woman you are and they know the love you deserve and deserve and should have,” he said. . Zach. “But all week I couldn’t figure it out, but there was an accident or something just didn’t work out. I had the biggest difficulty today trying to figure out why it doesn’t click. I would never want anything to be forced or misguided in any way. It’s not fair to you that I’m not entirely sure and not entirely sure I know your family. It’s hard, but I want you to know that you deserve the love that I can’t give you. Zach and Brooklyn were in tears as they said goodbye.
Going into the rose ceremony, Kaity already had the rose from the individual date, while Gabi had one from the group date. Zach gave the next rose to Ariel and the last rose to Charity, meaning Kat was sent home as well. “You and I had the best and strongest connection. It felt great in the Bahamas [on our one-on-one]Zach explained to Kat. “But in the last few weeks things have changed. He could not see a future entrusted to us. I tried every possible way to figure it out. It’s nothing you did. I had to look at everything and go to where I had that feeling in my stomach.” Zach was emotional after saying goodbye and Kat cried in the car as she drove out.
