Psychological thrillers come in various forms, from suspense films to the ones we will see below, which are mystery series with a mental factor to keep the mind occupied for several hours. And not because they are long-lived, but because they are a little deeper and enter the psyche of their protagonists, to get to know them more than superficially.

But one thing must be said about these series of psychological thrillers that will keep your mind busy, as they’re all subject to availability in each region, so if you don’t see any of the following, chances are they’re simply on some other of the more popular streaming services. Separation

With only one season, Ben Stiller and Aoife McArdle’s ‘Separation’ is one of the best psychological thriller series of the last years. It’s a story starring Adam Scott, which tells how some employees of a company can’t remember anything they did during their stay at work, and once inside, they don’t know who they are outside. Servant

Created by M. Night Shyamalan, one of the directors who knows the most psychological thrillers that play with your mind, we have “Servants”. The story already has 4 seasons, and tells the story of a couple whose death of their child has started to create differences between them, to the point that a presence comes to disturb the family. Open wounds

With several nominations for the most important television awards, we have ‘Open Wounds’, a series created by Jean-Marc Vallée, and starring Amy Adams, Eliza Scanlen and Patricia Clarkson. The story follows a journalist who returns to her hometown to investigate the murder of two girls, who will remind her why she left the job. Available on HBO Max

Its first and only season follows Mildred, a nurse in a mental hospital who gradually becomes a nightmare for all the patients there. Available on Netflix.

And to finish with the most popular platforms, we have ‘Mr. Robot’, a tech thriller series starring Rami Malek, in which he plays Elliot Alderson. The story follows a brilliant programmer who works as a computer security engineer for a company and who one night is recruited by a team of hackers to carry out terrorist attacks.
