Spouses appeared in part 2 of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City meeting on February 1, but that’s all there is to talk about Jen Shah What fascinated us the most? It all started when andy Coen asked the girls if they thought the show had influenced the way Jen handled her legal situation. mixed homosexual she first responded by saying that since Jen was stuck on the show, her reality was likely “messy” and that she might be confused about what was real and what wasn’t. whitney rose AND smooth barlow he also suggested that “she was idolized for it” and “it fed her ego a lot”.
Andy then put Meredith Brands on the bench and asked why she wasn’t surprised by his arrest in season two, but then “blindly backed her up” during season three. “How do you justify it now that she’s pleaded guilty?” Andy asked Meredith, but Meredith said no matter how she pleaded, she “she’s still a human being” and “will always back the underdog.” But that obviously didn’t answer Andy’s question because he wasn’t asking Meredith why he defended Jen, but why he defended Jen. After going so hard for her in season two.

Meredith also said on camera at the end of season 3 that if Jen was to blame, she was in for a big deal. The footage showed her saying it, but when Andy asked her, she tried to ignore what he’d said earlier, explaining that she should just try to “get it all figured out,” but since she hadn’t spoken to Jen yet, and Jen didn’t had still been sentenced at the time of filming the fight, she didn’t want to speculate much more.
Whitney then chimed in and asked Meredith how she went from accusing Jen of stealing things from her store in season 2 to being her best friend in season 3 when Meredith told everyone she found out about Jen’s attempted suicide Jen. she revealed herself in front of the camera. So instead of attacking Jen throughout the season or questioning her innocence, she chose to remain neutral. Especially after what she went through with her grandson and her suicide attempt prior to Season 3. “What I went through [already]I wasn’t kidding,” an excited Meredith told the group.
The statement silenced the group, but Andy didn’t back down. He reminded Meredith that his comments about questioning her friendship with Jen (at the end of season 3) came after the suicide attempt was revealed, so her reasoning didn’t make much sense. Meredith finally admitted that she “has a problem” with the whole situation, but she “on the other hand” doesn’t think Jen “should die.” Andy said he never suggested that Jen “should die,” he was just trying to figure out her back-and-forth stance on Jen. But Meredith brought up her nephew’s suicide attempt again, shed a few tears (or pretended to), and said she “didn’t care” if anyone wanted to question her actions.

Lisa accused Meredith of “rewriting history” since she was seen gloating after Jen’s arrest and told her co-star: Mary cosby, that she wasn’t the least bit surprised by the situation. But Meredith tried to deflect and say that she was not in the right frame of mind because of what happened to her niece, and that she had “no support” from Lisa or her other friends during that period.
Meredith went on to say that she refused to talk about Jen’s innocence or guilt, but Andy told her it was “weird” considering how vocal she was about it in season two. “I think he’s wild,” he told her.
What’s even crazier is after the cast wondered why Jen would join a show like roslcIf she was operating a telemarketing scheme, Meredith revealed the sealed indictment was the same day Andy announced the show at BravoCon in November 2019. So, the investigation was already underway, but Jen didn’t know.
Andy then raised speculation about it Coach Sharrieff ShahJen’s possible involvement in Jen’s illegal activities, and Whitney said it’s “possible” she knew everything. Heather said she “doesn’t know anything about their relationship” and while she hinted at her possible involvement in the season finale, she now says, “I don’t know anything else.”

So why did Jen plead guilty? Heather said: “I really think she was [a] financial [reason] and they saw something [in the court documents and said], “Listen, it’s not worth rolling the dice because it’s going to be too expensive and if it’s not a clear win, we can’t risk it.” of transcripts costs $2,000 a day. “They asked friends for money,” Heather said before adding, “The people on this couch [gave them money].” Everyone was shocked and started wondering who she meant, but Heather made it clear she meant it Angi Harrington, who was previously on the couch during the meeting. Heather claimed that Jen and the coach asked Angie and her husband for money, then gave it to her. And then Whitney wondered if that was why Jen got over the “Shahxposed” drama and “disappeared so fast.”
Whitney and Lisa said they too were asked to donate money but “couldn’t do it” for their families. Lisa said her lawyer also advised against it.
Heather said again that she believes Jen pleaded guilty because of the financial strain the trial was causing, and Lisa said she believes Jen pleaded guilty because “a message she sent [her former assistant] Stu He basically set her up.”
“I thought it was something like a smoking gun,” added Heather. “They dropped a charge and she pleaded guilty to conspiracy, meaning she had knowledge what was going on.” But even though Heather believes Jen really participated in the telemarketing scheme, she doesn’t feel it’s okay to be “mean” to her.
After the meeting was taped, Jen was sentenced to six and a half years in prison; She will be delivered on February 17th.
