On July 26, 2024, “Thunderbolts”, a Marvel Studios film that brings together a group of misfits with unconventional behavior. To these actors and actresses who star in “Thunderbolts” is added, according to Deadline, the American actress Ayo Edebiri in a yet unknown role. Neither Marvel Studios nor Disney has commented on the signing. Edebiri is best known for playing chef Sydney Adamu in the series ‘The Bear’ and voicing Missy Foreman-Greenwald in the adult animated series ‘Big Mouth’. In addition to his voice acting in this latest project, he has been part of the writing team since the fourth season.

For her role in ‘The Bear’, Edebiri was Nominated for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series at the Critics’ Choice Awards and for Best Performance in a New Series at the Gotham Independent Film Awards. We may see her soon in ‘Theatre Camp’, a film that just premiered at the Sundance Film Festival.

The creative group

Jake Schreier (‘Paper Towns’) is attached to direct ‘Thunderbolts’, while Eric Pearson, co-writer of ‘Thor: Ragnarok’ and screenwriter of ‘Black Widow’, of the script of the film.
