The 32-year-old Gold Coast swimwear designer revealed her lifestyle choices to her 1.2 million Instagram followers this week – and not everyone was happy.
In an Instagram post on Monday, the influencer detailed a selection of embarrassments about her decision not to have children.

“As a person who cannot have children, I am offended to hear that you want to be childless. It’s a blessing,” read one comment.
“After saying ‘I told you so’ if you get pregnant,” another person quipped, while another said: “No kids? Lol you’ll change your mind!”
“Having children is a blessing. One day you’ll understand,” another remarked, using another saying: “Kids will look so good to you! Please reconsider!’

“One day you will grow up. Stop posting your butt on Instagram and want to be a good mom,” wrote another.
“Women are here to reproduce. So stop being opinionated and just reproduce,” said another.
“You will be such a wonderful mother!” I can’t wait for you to change your mind,” added another.
“Just because I may have the opportunity to become a parent does not mean I have an obligation. you get it, don’t you? And if not, it’s time to understand!’ She wrote
“If you think Instagram gives you purpose, wait until you’re a mom,” said another.
After sharing all the comments along with a photo of herself and her new husband Ryan Jones kissing, Karina wrote a heartfelt caption.
“CHILD-FREE AND HAPPY Yesterday I made our decision to be child-free in my stories…and, well, WOW!” she wrote.
Karina continued: “The stigma of being childless needs to be lifted. You only get one chance at this thing called life.
“These are just some of the comments people have sent me for information… and not that you need to be reminded, but not having children is just as good as choosing to have them. “
She continued, “I love nothing more than to see happy parents who love their children and their choices in life.
“As I love and respect those who choose not to walk this path. And it really breaks my heart to see and hear that the people who really want to have children can’t.

“But just because I might have the opportunity to be a parent doesn’t mean I have an obligation.” You get it, right? And if not, it’s time to understand!’
Karina continued: “The stigma of being childless needs to be lifted. You only get one chance at this thing called life.
“The more individuals who are happy with their OWN life choices and allow others to be happy with their choices, the world will be a better place.
Karina is newly married, having tied the knot with Ryan Jones in an idyllic island wedding on a beach in Bora Bora earlier this month.
“Maybe you’ll all be better parents if you respect other people’s choices about their bodies and their lives.
“When you choose to be childless, your life is no less meaningful than a couple who has decided to have children or a couple who wants to procreate.”
Childfree by choice is a growing movement of women and their partners who choose not to have children.
