Jaime de Marichalar enjoys his special summer surrounded by friends

Jaime de Marichalar is enjoying his summer vacations in style this year. A few weeks ago, he chose Ibiza as his destination to start his long-awaited summer vacations; take advantage of his stay on the famous island of Pitiusa to enjoy a pleasant day at sea, aboard a luxury yacht and in the company of some friends. Among them was Susana Uribarri, celebrity rep and close friend of Ana Obregón; with whom the former Duke of Lugo has maintained a beautiful friendship for years.

Jaime and Susana were photographed as they toured the crystal clear waters connecting the islands of Ibiza and Formentera. Some images in which you can appreciate the great relationship of trust that both have maintained for a long time; and in which they appear engaging in pleasant conversation while sunbathing on the deck of their luxury yacht. The proof of their great friendship is how attentive the representative was to the former Duke of Lugo; even help him put on a shirt to protect his body from the sun. Since the images of his escape to the Pitiusas Islands were made public, the ex-husband of the Infanta Elena has returned to the background that has characterized him in recent years; enjoy a more discreet way of your summer vacations.

Last weekend Jaime de Marichalar was seen in public again; this time in Marbella, which is undoubtedly one of his favorite destinations. It was in the famous city of Malaga where the former Duke of Lugo was photographed again in the company of a close friend. The ex-husband of the Infanta Elena continued to enjoy a convivial meal at a famous seaside restaurant as a couple. The friend in question was none other than Marta Fernández, wife of Jaime Martínez Bordiú; with whom he has also maintained a great friendship for years. Both always seemed very comfortable with each other and remained very attentive to what each of them had to say. In addition to a flat meal, they could exchange jokes; and they continued to laugh a lot during the time that lunch lasted.

Jaime and Marta had such a good time reminiscing about old times that, despite the high temperatures, they decided to continue sharing their confidence after dinner during a pleasant stroll through the streets of Marbella. The images show how the former Duke of Lugo had to use a walking stick to walk easily. And it’s that since he suffered a stroke more than twenty years ago, Jaime de Marichalar has been using this accessory to feel more secure and overcome the minor problems he still has when walking.

When night fell, the couple returned to be seen by the prestigious Western Catalan Starlite from Marbella; to where they traveled to enjoy live the concert the Taburete group offered there last Sunday. The ex-husband of the Infanta Elena and his companion had reserved two places in the VIP box of this prestigious music festival in Marbella. The former son-in-law of King Juan Carlos I was also able to enjoy the company of several well-known faces of the social chronicle in our country. In addition to Marta Fernández, Jaime de Marichalar was joined by British-Spanish singer-songwriter Sofía Ellar and by Sandra García-Sanjuán, the Canarian businesswoman who founded Starlite.

If it was evening last August 1, it was Victoria Federica who went to Starlite to witness live the spectacular concert C. Tangana offered there; just a few days later, it was her father who wanted to visit her facilities to share a day of live music with her friends Marta Fernández and Sandra García-Sanjuán. It is currently unknown whether the ex-husband of the Infanta Elena took advantage of his residence in Marbella to reunite there with his children and enjoy a few days of family vacation in early August. Most likely, father and daughter spent a few days in this famous Malaga city that they know so well. Had this not been the case, Sandra herself could have been in charge of keeping the former Duke of Lugo informed about Vic, with whom she did not hesitate to photograph herself a few days ago and show signs of their amazing relation.
