Dangerous surveillance: Prince Charles upsets hundreds of vegetarians with his soup

One small mistake destroyed an entire batch of the Duke’s food.

Prince Charles’ personal business, which produced soup under his Duchy Organic brand, disappointed him greatly. Due to one mistake, tons of products were wasted and finances were lost. In addition, the product may harm the consumer.

The fact is that due to an error in the company, some containers with the wrong taste have been released. These pots of organic carrot and parsnip stock are usually available from the prestigious Waitrose store for £2.99. The dish is intended for vegetarians.

But this time, the containers contained chicken soup, which also contains gluten and celery. None of these ingredients were listed on the package label. This made the broth a great danger for allergy sufferers.

According to The Sun, some jars were incorrectly filled with organic chicken and Waitrose Duchy spelled stock. The company had to hastily recall everything produced during this period.

The brand is known to have been created as a result of a collaboration between Waitrose and Duchy Originals, founded by Charles, Prince of Wales, in 1990.
