Cox’s release came after she said on the Behind the Scenes Sky News podcast that women “are suffering a lot more than people think”.
The Scream star, who has 17-year-old Coco with her ex-husband David Arquette, believes that women of a certain age “suffer a lot.”
She told the podcast: “I think women are probably going through a lot more between menopause, depression, and being a mother of teenagers than people realize.
