Bam Margera, known to fans for his role in MTV’s Jackass, has disappeared from rehab for the second time in two weeks: the police are still looking for the star.
Jackass star Bam Margera has reportedly gone missing from a Florida rehab facility.
Police are currently searching for the missing TV and movie character.
The news comes after TMZ received news that Bam escaped from a court-ordered nursing home just two weeks ago.
Law enforcement sources also told TMZ that Bam was last seen around 5:30 pm Saturday in Deerfield Beach, Florida after leaving the LifeSkills residential facility without obtaining clearance from staff.

He was wearing a black shirt, black sweatpants, and black tennis shoes when he was last seen.
Broward County detectives are now looking for Bam and asking anyone with information on where he is to call them.
Earlier this month, Delray Beach police searched for Bam after he disappeared from a shelter center.
The police report at the time said Ban had disappeared on June 13, after telling the facility manager that he was dissatisfied with the services they were providing.
Bam reportedly told the facility manager that he would check in at another nearby rehabilitation center and then leave the facility in a black sedan without receiving any permission from staff or the court.
A few days later, police tracked Bam to a Delray Beach hotel and quickly escorted him to the treatment center.
While away from the facility, TMZ obtained photos of Bam the day before he was discovered in bars near his hotel.
The publication was also told that he had been suspended for several days and his team feared he was going to relapse.
Sources close to Bam said the reason he left the facility was due to his separation from his wife.
In a recent interview, Bam’s Jackass co-star Steve-O explained why Bam wasn’t involved in the new movie Jackass Forever.
Speaking openly on the Hotboxin ‘with Mike Tyson podcast, the star explained that Bam doesn’t have “the power to stay sober and healthy.”
He said, “Bam has had so many surgeries, been locked up in so many rehab centers, and when we were doing Jackass 4 they thought, maybe if we try, ‘you can be in the movie if you’re sane and stay sober.
“It was the last thing they had to try. And with the promise of millions of dollars and “you’ll be in a movie”, I still didn’t have the power to stay sober and healthy. “
