It’s time for Royal Ascot and we know it means everyone is putting themselves in their shoes.

This morning star Holly Willoughby is a style icon and she loves sharing photos of her glamorous outfit.

She looked very pretty in pink today on the second day of Ascot while wearing a gorgeous bodycon dress.

The 41-year-old mother of three accessorized the beautiful dress with a matching pink bag and a pretty pink hat with flowers inside.

She accessorized the outfit with a pair of nude heels.

The races have hopefully lifted Holly’s spirits after she was unimpressed by the contents of a Blue Peter time capsule from over 40 years ago.

She paired it with a gorgeous pink straw hat.

Holly and her co-host Phillip Schofield opened the box, which was buried on the BBC show in 1981, earlier this week.

The pair had enthusiastically discussed what was inside the capsule while talking to Blue legend Peter Sarah Greene.

However, they were very disappointed and Holly said, “Did one of Blue Peter’s dogs put anything in there?”

The trio expected to find clips and a script from the previous show, but instead they found a muddy brown mess.

The box was opened by a specialist when Holly said, “Go ahead, let’s see what happens. I feel like the metal is flying away and a spider comes out.”

The presenters then started laughing after realizing what was in the time capsule.

Sarah tried to cover the content and said, “I don’t think you need to see.”

Holly covered her nose and mouth with her hand against the smell as Phil walked in to take a closer look.

Later in the show, it was revealed what happened to the box.

The metal coating had corroded and attacked the contents, but they managed to recover wrappers of chips and candy from the day he was buried.

There was also a disc of a recording of Blue Peter’s original melody, but it’s unlikely to be playable.
