Netflix has released a poster for the second season of One Piece.
Netflix has unveiled the official poster for the second season of adventure drama One Piece, confirming that new episodes will be released in 2026. Fans can expect events related to the departure of a pirate crew to the unknown land of the Grand Line. It is already known that long-awaited characters and unknown places, as well as unusual creatures, will appear in the sequel.
The image for the new season shows viewers a famous island called Little Garden. The main characters, including Monkey D. Luffy, Nami and other crew members, are depicted on a wooden bridge opposite the island, reminiscent of the time of dinosaurs: green thickets, ruins and prehistoric animals create an atmosphere of an unknown world.
In the poster, two enormous figures attract special attention: these are giants with horns and thick beards, dressed in Viking helmets. These characters are Dorry and Brogy, captains of a crew of giant pirates from the original anime and manga story, who are trapped on an island in a drawn-out battle. Their roles in the film adaptation were played by Werner Coetser and Brendan Murray.
The second season of the series, called One Piece: Path to the Grand Line, will cover several storylines written by Eiichiro Oda. The focus will be on adventures beyond the East Blue, and viewers will see both familiar locations and new places:
- Lodgetown
- Whiskey peak
- Install backwards
- Small garden
- Drum Island
Jacob Gibson, who plays Usopp, shared his impressions of working with large-scale heroes, noting:
“Working with invisible partners on set is a serious technical challenge. But the film crew always finds professional solutions to realistically portray what is happening.”
Netflix has already confirmed the development of a third season. The release date for the second season is set for 2026.
