British resident Rohan Satyamurthy, who has been suffering from insomnia for a long time, found a not-so-obvious solution to his problem. The Guardian reports this.

According to Rohan, he tried all possible methods used to combat insomnia. But in the end, instead of rest, he only faced increased anxiety and emotional stress.
After unsuccessful attempts to normalize sleep, the man accidentally discovered a method that suits him perfectly. One day, he started listening to true crime podcasts before going to bed, and surprisingly, it was his cure for insomnia.
As Rohan Satyamurthy points out, immersing himself in the dark machinations of criminal records helped him escape his thoughts and fall asleep unnoticed. He woke up completely rested.
By the way, we have previously shared a selection of TV series about fraud in the true crime genre.
