Apple TV announced the premiere date for the third season of Therapy and presented the first images of the new series, which will be re-released with the participation of Jason Segel and Harrison Ford.
It has become known that the premiere of the third season of the comedy-drama series “Therapy” will not take place until 2026. Apple TV has chosen a release date – new episodes will air on January 28 and the season itself will span 11 episodes with a weekly schedule until April 9. To quickly get acquainted with the updated cast, the first official images from the filming were also presented.
The plot still follows the life of psychologist Jimmy, who lost his wife and decided to give up his professional restraint. Now he openly shares his own thoughts with his wards, which for some turns into support, for others – unexpected difficulties and even confusion in their own lives. The creators of the project were Jason Segel, Bill Lawrence and Brett Goldstein.
Returning for season three are Jason Segel (Jimmy), Harrison Ford (Dr. Paul Rhodes), Jessica Williams (Gabi), Michael Urie (Brian), Lukita Maxwell (Alice), Christa Miller (Liz), Luke Tenney (Sean) and Ted McGinley (Derek).
Guest stars include Brett Goldstein (Louis Winston), Damon Wayans Jr. (Derrick #2), Wendy Malick (Dr. Julie Baram) and Cobie Smulders (Sophie). Jeff Daniels and Michael J. Fox join the cast.
Viewers who are new to the story or want a refresher can catch up on the previous two seasons anytime in Apple TV’s Online Cinema. The wait for the continuation is still three months, so before the release of new episodes, fans can rewatch the already released episodes.
