The fans of the series “Dexter: Resurrection” waited for an unpleasant surprise: the last two episodes of the season appeared almost a week before the official release on the internet.
The ninth and tenth episodes emerged in the Russian voice, and after a few hours of fragments, screenshots and detailed spoilers spread on the internet – they immediately filled tap, X, YouTube and other platforms, causing a violent reaction among fans. Officially, the final must only be released on 5 September.
The situation immediately reminded of the loud leaks of recent years – for example the story with the “Game of Thrones”, when the episodes fell in the network long before the air. Despite the fact that the combined series was originally only available in Russian, enthusiasts have already added subtitles in other languages, so the final is immediately available for the whole world. In the Fandom “Dester” the disputes immediately flared up: some hastened to view new episodes, others left social networks completely to prevent spoilers and retain the intrigues.
The latter reveals the personality of the New York Ripper and fan theories about the return of the old heroes are not justified. Billionaire Leon Prikoter, who previously checked events from the shadow, dies by Dexter Morgan himself. Moreover, Dexter gets closer to his son Harrison and at the same time kidnows the compromise that is stored in the proter kidnaps, pointing to the new storylines.
