In the era, when everything is literally restarted, even dinosaurs from the 70s television receive a second chance. Whether we want it or not.
Netflix and legendary television develop the restart of the American series “Land of the Lost”-the cult show of the 1970s, where the main characters fell in the prehistoric world with dinosaurs, speaking lizards and friendly humanoid monkeys.
The project is at the start of the beginning, streaming has not yet made any official comments. However, it is already known that the producers of the original Sid and Marty Croft Show, as well as the daughter of Marty, Deanna Croft-Pope, who now leads the development of the family business, are participating in the work.
The original country of the Lost was released from 1974 to 1976 and was mainly designed for children. The plot turned around his father with two children, who accidentally fell into a prehistoric dimension with tyrannosaurs and reptiloids during the alloy on the raft.

The show was so strange that over time it got a cult status: fans still remember absurd special effects, awkward monsters and unexpected attempts to insert philosophical thoughts between scenes with dinosaurs. In 2009, based on the series, a parode film with Will Ferrell was already recorded, it failed at the Kassa.
Anyone who will play in the new version will not be reported yet. It is also not clear whether the makers leave or rewrite the original plot among the modern audience.
