Tarantino passed on the brothers to another director. And fans are already a fight, it’s brilliant or betrayal.
Quentin Tarantino sold his new script called The Continuing Adventures of Cliff Booth for an impressive $ 20 million. The project will be a continuation of the 2019 hit “Once in Hollywood”, but this time – without Tarantino in the chairman of the director.
Rumors about the sequel appeared for the first time on April 1, when the playlist reported that the director was working on a new script inspired by the characters of the original film. It turned out later, Brad Pitt played a key role in the launch of the project. He liked the script so much that he suggested telling the direction to another master – and soon David Fincher joined the project.
Tarantino usually sets films according to his scenarios, but there were still exceptions – for example “from sunset to dawn” and “true love”. In the case of Cliff Buto, Tarantino decided that it was fincher who would deal better than anyone else. Especially after he had viewed the “murderer” (the murderer) and called him a real masterpiece.

In the new story, the Klifboutcascade becomes a “cleaner” – a man who eliminated the consequences of stellar scandals and chopped history in Hollywood, who should not have been in the press.
Due to the details of the contract between Tarantino and Sony, the director had the right to the characters of the film, although the photo itself belongs to the studio. That is why Netflix did not receive a follow-up in the literal sense, but an independent spin-off that already uses well-known heroes, but developed a fully separate story.
