To be the Hero X (to Beal X) started quietly, but the first episode is something. The only thing needed to know before you look: this is a superheroanime with a brutal visual presentation. But then starts interesting. At first glance it seems that something in the spirit of the boys is waiting for us, and a hero named Nis is a local homelander. And yes, the first five minutes seem to point it out immediately. But already because of the pilot’s final it becomes clear – the hero of X is not about a parody and not about another darkness because of the darkness. It goes in a completely different way. And it does it clearly and without forgery.

Animation is the first thing. No, where: if you understand that this is an anime, you want more anime more. The anime is the hero of the visual style of the IX is not only stylish, it is also logical. Each shift is at the point of view of the hero – and we have a change in rhythm, color and language of the frame on the screen. Everything is like in Spider-Verse, only here it also works dramatically.

In the beginning it seemed to be honest, it seemed that Idoika was waiting for us again. It all started with how the Hero Lin Lin rises to the railing – and then the reflex worked. There have been too much start in recent years. But to be a hero, X quickly confuses: this is not an escape to another world. This replacement of the hero is literally. Nice, the legendary superhero, for some reason disappears and in his place they put a normal, boring office plankton. Well, as usual – with ambitions of course. With a dream to be a hero. Only here does Van Dreams dream, and to stand in the place of a person who considered everyone ideal, is a completely different level of the game.

The hero of the X is not exchanged for jokes – the level only raises such a debut and never dreamed. This is one of the most exciting anime in 2025, and for this it only took one episode. There was a moment that the jaw falls – and no, this is not a nice leap off the roof. If, like me, you thought this was the head turn, then you also came across. Everything is much deeper.

The story of Lin Lina is the story of every person who had to grow up sharply. He was in his office, dreamed of Meer and now he got.

Only behind the facade of glory are lies, dirty, nervous breakdown and a constant game in someone you have never been before. He wanted to inspire. I wanted to show that everyone can be a hero. But to prove this, he literally had to get into the skin of a superhero. And it turned out that even this skin does not protect against fear, pain and loneliness.

Animation here is a way to express internally. When the hero thinks, we see it. If he is scared, the style changes. When he lies, the photo also plays masks. That is how the visual language should be used in animation. And also – the soundtrack. One episode and in music it seems that they not only told Lin Lina, but also about Naisa itself. They escaped themselves. The second – just started the path to itself. They are tired of being a symbol. The second felt for the first time what it was like to be a little more than just a person.

This is just the beginning, and maybe everything goes differently. But that’s why I want to look even more. Heroes live. Visual is not -standard. Moments – catch. I really want to hope that the last framework of the episode was a trick, and not what it seems.
