Season 3 of the White Lotus was called the most boring – but the maker of the series has something to answer

The third part is called the most controversial in the anthology: the public complains massively about the pounding plot, the absence of the previous spark and the most important loss of the season – the absence of Jennifer Culidge. Although in the series the most candid topics and the abundance of nudes were, fans come together in one thing: boring.

The maker of the show Mike White does not freeze. In the Podcast The White Lotus Podcast he responded to criticism with a brand style – sharp, unexpected and extremely honest.

“If you don’t want to go to bed with me, go out. I’ll keep you on the edge! Enjoy it! Don’t like it – Fail.”

So he responded to reproaches in long -term and lack of action. According to White, the series has always had a different nature:

“Everyone complains that the plot is not enough. And I don’t understand: why did you even decide that it should be? Bro, this is vaib. I create the world. You go with me, or – as I said – out of bed.”

Of course a similar attack caused shock and pleasure at the same time. Few people expected that the author of one of the most important hits of recent years will explain “not love – fail. In response to criticism of the script. But in a sense it was such a mike white-not-compromising, strange and absolutely not like others and made a white lotus as he was loved.
