The announcement was made on stage by Adam Fogelson, president of the Lionsgate Motion Picture Group, who also confirmed that the film will be released on November 14, 2025.
Fogelson commented on the event: “Ruben delivered all the twists and praise and the prestigious game that the public expects from this franchise while increasing the stakes and the staircase in every way.
