Do you know “Queen of Tears” and “Love Landing” by heart yet?
It’s hard to be a seasoned fan of a particular genre – sooner or later there comes a point where it feels like you’ve watched absolutely everything. However, the Korean industry is too prolific to trust this feeling: most likely, even seasoned drama directors could have missed a little-known project that came out at a bad time or wasn’t promoted at all.
Today we have collected 10 non-obvious dramas that actually deserve much more popularity – because it is really impossible to detach yourself from them!

Many of the dramas on our list were once very popular – they didn’t become classics over time, like Boys Over Flowers for example, but were simply lost in the endless library of other series.
This happened, for example, with the drama “First Cafe ‘Prince'” – although Kon Yu himself, the star of “Goblin”, played in it. But “Goblin” really achieved the status of a classic, and “The First Prince Cafe” retreated into the shadows. Nevertheless, the drama is rated 7.9 on Kinopoisk, and every fan of Korean culture is definitely worth watching.
And among the more recent dramas that you might have missed, we definitely recommend “Weak Hero” – a dramatic drama about bullying, which even made it to the top 250 on Kinopoisk, and “The Extraordinary Demon Hunter” – a slightly more modern Korean “Supernatural.” ”, if we are to be very rude.
