Finally, Prime Video has developed a separate story dedicated to Frances Neely, a corporate security specialist and viewer favorite.
Maria Stan will star in the show, while Alan Ritchson will join the project as a guest star.
The script is being written by Nick Santora, known from The Sopranos, and Nicholas Wootton, who worked on Prison Break.
The release date and plot details have not been revealed, but fans are speculating that the show will not be another crime thriller, but a psychological thriller exploring a complex character.
Neely played a huge role in the first two seasons – to be expected, since she was also a big influence in the books – and will definitely appear in subsequent seasons.
Reacher is scheduled to return in 2025. This time, the plot will be based on the seventh book in Lee Child’s ‘Means of Persuasion’ series.
According to the plot, the former police officer will have to work undercover to find a missing informant and destroy a vast network of arms dealers from the inside.
Ritchson hinted that the upcoming episodes will have a completely unexpected impact, as audiences will see Jack in a new world.
