An unusual pause awaits the audience.
There’s something special about Emily in Paris, a show that’s so bad it’s good.
It contains silly stereotypes about France, romantic adventures and engaging characters.
Despite all the criticism leveled at the creators in recent years, the project stubbornly survived and was broadcast for three seasons.
Fans have been waiting for new episodes for a year and eight months, and it was recently revealed that they will have to hold out a little longer.

The fact is that it was decided to show the fourth season in two parts, which is not usually typical for the Netflix platform. Subscribers have already become accustomed to the traditional streaming service schedule: all episodes are released simultaneously on a clearly indicated date.
The episode release schedule now looks like this:
- episodes 1 to 5 – August 15
- episodes from September 6 to 10 – 12.
The difference is almost a month. A strange decision, because after a long wait the audience probably forgot the events of the previous parts.
Beware, possible spoilers!
When fans last saw Emily, she had masterfully managed to return to work after being fired, helping Pierre Cadeau keep his business afloat by making a spectacular comeback after his accident.
But with the love triangle, things turned out to be much more complicated. Besides Gabriel proposing to Camilla and her announcing her pregnancy, Alfie broke up with Emily, suspecting her feelings for Gabriel.

The writers will certainly continue the dramatic arc, but also promise more picturesque locations – the Alps and Rome – and new characters.
