‘RHOC’ Star Shannon Beador Charged with DUI After Hit-and-Run: Report

UPDATE 10/28/23 2:10 PM ET: Orange County authorities reportedly charged Shannon a month after his arrest NBC News. He is reportedly facing one count of driving while intoxicated, one count of driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more, and one count of hit-and-run with property damage in connection with the crash ., according to court documents. All three charges are misdemeanors.

According to the document, at the time of his arrest, Shannon had a blood alcohol level of 0.24 percent, three times the legal limit.

UPDATE 9/18/23 5:49 PM ET: Shannon’s lawyer, Michele fellreleased a statement TMZ regarding the DUI on September 18, 2023. “I spent a lot of time with Shannon yesterday. “She is extremely remorseful and remorseful,” she said. “We will await official information on this case as it becomes available, and Shannon is willing to take full responsibility for her actions.”

Shannon’s drinking has become a hot topic in recent seasons of the long-running Bravo series.
