The expert hastened to explain: those who are trying to lose weight do not have to give up their favorite sweets. The only requirement is to comply with the calorie content. It should be less than the value a person spends during the day.

But do not forget that such delicacies often do not bring any benefit. On the contrary, they can even harm the body.

“Bandries, cakes, chocolates, cereals do not contain vitamins and, as it should be, are presented in the form of simple carbohydrates. A person deprives himself of protein and healthy fats, ”the nutritionist explained.
