Beat The Chasers newcomer Issa Schultz revealed that she didn’t know who Holly Willoughby was during an awkward exchange that took place on Wednesday this morning.
The Australian “super geek” admitted that he did not know the famous host when he came forward with a question on the ITV show.
Replacing Anne Hegerty in this spin-off series from The Chase, Issa stumbled upon the British issue on her first day on the job.

When asked about the blunder during the interview, Holly and her co-host, Phillip Schofield, told her: “Guiltly guilty! This Morning was the first day they asked who had replaced Fern Britton.
“Jenny was right, there were only two names for me back then – sorry Holly!”
Issa joins followers Shaun “The Dark Destroyer” Wallace, Paul “The Sinnerman” Sinha, Darragh “The Menace” Ennis, Jenny “The Vixen” Ryan and Mark “The Beast” Labbett this year.
Issa is no stranger to The Chase as it has been a regular Australian drama since its launch in 2015, where she was nicknamed The Supernerd.

Recalling The UK Chase call, “I I went to bed at 1 am and a number in the UK called me and my Australian boss called me and told me to answer the call.
“He said you could get on the plane that morning in seven or eight hours, and I spent the night with the suitcases.
“I got on the plane, took three flights to leave Australia and went straight to the studio for about 24 hours and the day I landed. There was no time to sleep.

Issa previously spawned another category on the quiz show that hardened her when she admitted to wrestling with sports questions.
Speaking to TV WEEK, he admitted: “Regular viewers will know I’m bad at most sports.”
Issa explains: “Being British by birth, I grew up watching exciting episodes of Formula 1, athletics and the Antiques Roadshow.”
Although Issa’s role is currently only temporary and Anne is expected to return for the next series, she has previously admitted that she wants to join Beat The Chasers permanently.
