Billie Faiers looked cheerful as she attended a PT session Monday morning, the day after her older sister Sam gave birth to her third child.
The 32-year-old former TOWIE star was joined by her 31-year-old fiancee, Ferne McCann, and her coaches as she dressed in all-black training suits and prepared to sweat.
It came Sunday after Sam and his longtime partner Paul Knightley shared photos of their birth at home after announcing they would be welcoming their third child.

When she went out on Monday, Billie couldn’t help but smile as she chatted with TOWIE star Ferne.
Billie pulled her hair back and paired her tight black sneakers with a matching Lycra top and comfortable white sneakers.
Meanwhile, Ferne showed off her slim body in light gray tights and completed her sporty look with a tan sweater.

On Sunday, Sam took to Instagram to announce the birth of his third child with a heartwarming video that featured a glimpse of his family’s birth in the water with their newborn baby.
He captioned his post: “My whole world. No words can describe how much we love you baby.
“Honestly, I can’t explain my feelings right now. Your mother loves you more than you can imagine.

Congratulations! Announcing the good news on Sunday, Sam shared a sweet photo of Paul and his two children, Rosie and Paul Jr, with their new relatives.
“Currently in our baby balloon, come back soon.”
Sam and his 33-year-old partner have been together since 2014 and share six-year-old Paul and four-year-old Rosie.
The couple’s friends and family rushed to the comments to congratulate the star on the baby’s safe arrival.
