In the latest episode of her 9021OMG podcast, Tori Spelling revealed how she developed an eye sore.
The 49-year-old actress shared the new information while speaking to her co-host and longtime friend Jennie Garth after stepping out in Los Angeles last week wearing a beautiful eyepatch.
“It’s so stupid it’s my fault I did this to myself,” the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum shared.
“So I have contacts, but I have the daily, and at the end of the day, kids…whatever…I can make all the excuses I want, I don’t take them out, I sleep in them, and it’s not healthy.” .’
The blonde beauty is a mother of five with her husband, Dean McDermott, with whom it was recently revealed that she is now in couples therapy.

Jennie, 51, then asked Tori how long she usually keeps her contacts off, to which she jokingly replied: “Seven weeks.”
She continued, “I’m exaggerating. But I’ve been known to walk maybe 20 days. I know you, it’s embarrassing. I tell my eye doctor I’m completely transparent, so whatever.”
Tori added, “So I have an eye sore. I have an ulcer on my left eye.”
The Scary Movie 2 actress went on to say that her eye doctor explained how lucky she was with a relatively minor injury.
After noting that she plans to have 30 days of no contact after she heals, the star opened up about the healing process.
“Seven to 10 days rejuvenates it fully.” I got lucky this time. I won’t take it for granted, it’s huge.
“Forget about work, but keep an eye on mom. Not okay, because mothers literally have to hear and see everything at the same time, and I can’t do that.’
Tori also joked that her 14-year-old daughter Stella has become her “outcast child with the seeing eye” as she recovers.

When the actress first got the eye sore, she opened up about her condition revealed in a social media post on March 24 what was wrong with her Instagram stories, sparking concern among her fans.
She captioned the photo of herself lying: “Thank you for all the good wishes and concerns. Everyone asks if I scratched my cornea. It’s actually an ulcer on my eye. Antibiotic drops and Dr. said it would ‘hopefully’ heal in 7-10 days.’
The night before, she went out with her best friend and hairstylist Laura Rugetti in matching pink and black outfits and platinum blonde hair extensions, distinguished only by Tori’s dazzling pink eyepatch that Laura had made for her.
The two blondes wore short pink jackets with long pleated black skirts that were split up to the thigh.
Tori and Laura also carried matching pink feathers and sequined handbags.
The event, held at Hotel Ziggy in West Hollywood, was held to celebrate the launch of Laura’s Hidden Crown line of clip-in hair extensions.
Tori posted a series of photos from her night out, captioning it: “Make twins one fashion moment at a time.”
“When is the best time to start your hair clip-in extension line… secure yourself, even with a wound in the eyeball. Laura even gave me a wink. I’m proud of this #boss.”

And recently, the mother of five revealed that she and her husband of 17 are going to marriage counseling to sort out their problems.
“They’ve had their ups and downs like they always have, but they’re still trying their best to make it work,” a source told Entertainment Tonight.
“Marriage counseling has been a big part of her trying to work things out and so far it’s been going pretty well,” the source added.
