Natasha Kaplinsky fell live on air when she walked the set of Loose Women on Tuesday’s show.
The 50-year-old news anchor was introduced by Ruth Langsford before walking to the panel, but stumbled down the stairs in her heels.
The audience gasped as they saw Natasha lose her footing as the camera panned away from the TV presenter to the audience as they held on to a back wall for balance.
But always the pro, Natasha brushed off the mishap and said, “Look at that step.” I didn’t fall,” when Ruth asked her if she was okay and Janet Street Porter comforted her.
Natasha was on the show to talk about hosting a Ukrainian family in their home and their charity work to raise awareness among refugee children.

Raphael, the TV presenter’s father, was a South African political refugee who sought refuge in Britain after taking part in the University of Cape Town’s anti-apartheid protests in the 1960s.
She welcomed a family of four; a partially blind father, a mother, a 12-year-old son and a six-year-old girl. They arrived with only a small suitcase.
About the family’s reception, Natasha said: “They have moved around the corner, the children still go to the same school as our children. 10 months is a long time.
“From the moment the plan began. I didn’t even consult my husband. It was an arrangement that touched so many people in this country, so much generosity.
“I literally didn’t think about it, registered, it took me a while to join. I started a WhatsApp group and then joined them, then I told my husband and two children.”
The broadcaster is married to banker Justin Bower and they share son Arlo (13) and daughter Angelica (12).
Natasha continued, “It was exciting to welcome her. We are lucky to have some space, we have an outbuilding where we welcomed them.
“A woman from the community prepared a lot of Ukrainian food, many people sent gifts.

“4 million children have been made refugees, that’s just 10 percent of the world’s refugees.”
Natasha, who works with Save The Children, added: “We’ve just released this beautiful film with Aardman, it’s about the experience of a refugee child, nothing makes sense to them.
“Eventually the world will become more colorful. It’s not that we just welcome them, but they bring so much culture and a big change to our area.
“My parents participated in elections for the first time when apartheid was abolished – my father was a political refugee – we can feel safe, feed our children, we are so happy.”
