Swindells also has stakes in Bronx Boxing Ltd, which has been around since 2018, has £31,000 in assets and focuses on sports education, and The Hurt Business Ltd, which owes £813 to creditors and has just £1 in assets.
A statement from Marnie Swindells said: “I started The Hurt Business Ltd in 2018 as a sporting events company. We’ve had a lot of success, but as many in the events industry will tell you, we’ve been hit hard by the pandemic.
“I made the conscious decision not to revive the business and my main focus now is Bronx Boxing Ltd and my new boxing gym opening in Camberwell in February.
“My passion is to create a community-based gym that goes beyond boxing and inspires a true sense of belonging and unity.”
