The platform, together with the Moscow bar “Rovesnik”, prepared a special menu for the Student’s Day. Developed by chef and author of “Zen” Grigory Mosin. From January 25 to February 1, you can order food from the menu in Rovesnik.
The slide-menu was created with the preferences of modern zoom students in mind. The menu includes rethought classic recipes especially for students. For example, edible glitter will be added to homemade French toast with apples. Anti-hangover ramen with pulled pork will be prepared on the basis of instant noodles, a traditional student delicacy. Guests of Rovesnik will also be able to try the Sloppy Joe burger with ground beef and mustard sauce.

The co-owners of El Copitas Bar, the most famous bar in Eastern Europe, have old friends of the Lopez family, who have been producing agave products for the 7th generation in Mexico. Together with them, the children developed a special drink in limited quantities, especially for Sangre Fresca.

In the food mall “Three Stations. Warehouse” has opened the fifth point of Tsomi, a Georgian cafe operating in a fast casual format from the Guliani Group restaurant group (restaurants and Georgian shops “Odzhakhuri”, Megobari wine bar and Kulinari cafe).
The basis of the tsomi concept is the 4 beats of Georgian cuisine made from dough (tsomi is translated from Georgian as “dough”). The menu includes Acar boats, donuts, khinkali and chebureks.

For example, a hearty croissant stuffed with fresh spinach, boiled ribeye with red onions and pickled cucumbers, wild garlic and jalapenos in a demi-glace sauce; croissant with smoked red fish and aioli sauce, fresh lettuce leaves with Dijon mustard sauce, radish and watermelon radish and cucumber mix, or stracciatella and pineapple croissant with honey and soy sauce based sauce, strawberry, orange and mint fruit salsa, topped with toasted lemon meringue.
And of course, as at the non-classic croissant festival: almond cream croissant and freshly baked classic croissant with homemade jam of the guest’s choice: strawberry/raspberry or strawberry with whipped butter.
