Mel B’s lookalike daughter Phoenix Brown doubled as her famous mother as she recreated some of the Spice Girl’s iconic looks from her 1990s heyday.
In photos and videos posted to Instagram and TikTok, Phoenix, 23, is seen dressed as Scary Spice Mel, 47, in the video for the band’s 1996 hit Say You’ll Be There, while she looks similarly dressed in other photos in brightly colored clothes, which Mel wore on the cover of the 1997 single Spice Up Your Life.
In the Say You’ll Be There look, Phoenix flashed her waist as she wore a leopard print crop top, which she paired with a side slit black mini skirt.

She wore a pair of sturdy black boots as she stood on a rugged dirt road to mimic the scenery of California’s scorched Mojave Desert, where the “Say You’ll Be There” video was filmed.
Phoenix’s curly hair was styled to one side, just like her mother’s at the time of filming, and she held out her clenched fist as her parents did on location.
Mel’s daughter wore several silver rings around her neck and even had a matching tattoo on her stomach.

The video was shot on September 7 and 8, 1996, when Mel was just 21 years old, two years younger than Phoenix is now and more than three years before Phoenix was born.
Phoenix – who shares Mel with her dancer ex-husband Jimmy Gulzar – captioned the post: “Say you’ll be there – Music video shoot (1996).”
She also shared a video of herself striking a few poses in the outfit and captioned the clip: “Recreating my mom’s most iconic Spice Girls photos from the 90s.”

The 46-year-old singer – who is a founding member of the legendary group alongside Mel B, Mel C, Geri Horner and Victoria Beckham – this week reflected on her legacy and rise to fame in the 1990s.
She told MailOnline: “No one else will ever understand this relationship between us.
“We have been through so much and are still going through so much, from children to work. There’s a bond there, and it’s very, very strong.”

The wannabe hitmakers formed in 1994 and released a string of big hits including Stop and Spice Up Your Life before going on hiatus in 2000.
They reunited seven years later and again in 2019 on the Spice World Tour without Victoria.
Emma reunited with Mel C during Baby Spice’s festive tour at London’s Theater Royal Drury Lane earlier this week and was reminded of her early days with the band.

She added: “When I got back on stage with Mel C, you immediately go back to that moment and it feels very magical and like yesterday.”
The girl group sold 100 million records worldwide during their time together, and Emma is happy to look back on their run.
She said: “It’s just the absolute best time.” It doesn’t feel like that long ago’
