BDSM mistress Melissa Todd reveals client pays for tickling

British BDSM mistress and writer Melissa Todd has revealed that a client pays her for sessions dedicated entirely to tickling.

Todd said she met the man after giving a lecture at a church about Christianity and sadomasochism, Metro.co.uk reported.

Following the presentation, the bashful man approached her but hesitated to speak in person. He later contacted her by email to request tickling sessions and sent a list of the most sensitive areas on his body, including his chest, torso, armpits, legs, feet and nipples.

Todd admitted that the request was new to her. Although she had previously filmed several videos featuring people bound and tickled with feathers or fingers, she had never conducted a full, dedicated session.

At their first meeting, Todd said the client appeared anxious. She undressed him completely, bound him and explored his body using her fingers while he lay with his eyes closed and barely moved, with only his accelerated breathing revealing his reaction.

Sensory appeal and fetish dynamics

The client has since returned for sessions every week. Todd admitted she has come to look forward to the appointments herself, noting that unlike other clients, the man prefers to remain silent during sessions, which allows windows to be left open even in warm weather. She added that he particularly enjoys having his nipples tickled.

Explaining the nature of the fetish, Todd said tickling sits on the boundary between pleasure and discomfort. She noted that a light, unexpected touch can cause a person to wriggle, laugh or tense up, leaving them desperately wanting it to continue and stop at the same time.

Todd added that uncertainty is the main source of interest, as the human brain cannot predict another person's touch, turning anticipation into a distinct form of enjoyment.

Background and client preferences

Todd, who works as a professional dominatrix and author in the United Kingdom, previously made headlines when she explained why she prefers working with married men. She said married clients do not bother her with frequent messages or attempt to draw her into their personal lives.

BDSM is an acronym covering bondage, discipline, dominance, submission, sadism and masochism. A dominatrix is a female practitioner who takes the dominant role in consensual BDSM interactions, while Metro.co.uk is a major national news website based in London.
