Eliott is surprised at Jude’s bravery against Teyssier. His new friend asks him if the prospect of seeing him stay frightens him. Eliott says no and says he wants to be accepted into the institute.
Joachim joins Antoine and Rose at their office to talk to Clotilde about the situation. He offers to quit even though he loves his job very much. Antoine decides it’s not worth it as their breakup is in the private realm. Rose grimaces and points out that she is worried about her sister returning to the institute because of her ex. They decide to report later when Chief Armand will be back. Joachim reminds Rose that he never meant to hurt his sister. She tells him that after her infidelity, she has never seen him so fragile.
Deva arrives at the institute with Amber, noticing that all the students are looking sideways at her. Tom joins them and tells her that there is a rumor that he slept with Lisandro, thus becoming his butler.
Greg is happy that it’s Jude’s last day at the institute. He’s in a hurry to finally get Eliott back, and he’s not hiding it from Lionel. Jude is followed by Elodie. He teases her about teaming up with Eliott again. He offers to go with her to Lille, but tells him about the deal he made with Teyssier to stay at the institute. Greg is stunned and tries to put on a good face.
betrayal
Solomon sees Deva revising in the garden. Like other students, he tries to find excuses to explain why he is not at the CDI. He finally tells her the rumor and swears it’s not true. Solomon reassures her: she believes him and accuses others of being jealous of him.
Lionel and Greg tell Hortense and Mahdi that if Jude wins the review, he can stay. They don’t hide that they want to see him lose. His friends remind them of the humiliation they inflicted on him, but Greg defends himself, saying he can’t stand Jude hitting Eliott.
Teyssier announces that students will have to work with chefs to end up liking foods they hate. For example, Greg and Lionel find themselves with a kiwi that Chief Listrac hates, which does not please them. Eliott and Jude are overjoyed to learn they’re working on the chicory that Teyssier hates.
Séverine joins Joachim in front of the institute to offer him a trip to change his mind. He refuses, citing his separation and his job, which he risks losing. He takes her in and shows her his car, a rare race car. She was surprised and agreed to go with him.
In Double A, Antoine tells Deva about the rumor. He guarantees it’s fake but says he’s there if he needs to talk. He then makes a point with Lisandro and reminds him of the story with Anaïs. She advises him to be careful.
Greg is upset to see Jude and Eliott working together on osmosis. He thinks he has no chance of defeating them. Lionel re-motivates him and he finally comes up with a new idea. In the moment of disaster, she changes her recipe to serve a vegan Christmas log. At my tasting, Listrac, Landiras and Teyssier congratulate them, even if they are disgusted by the simplicity of the flavors.
radical decision
Returning to the institute, Séverine reminds Joachim that he too can own a car like this and have the same dream life as he used to have fun on yachts. He refuses to back down and, despite his financial problems, wants to keep his job to win Clotilde back.
Deva recounts Antoine’s visit to Amber. His friend tells him that he followed the rumor series to find its author. He points to David. Deva goes to confront him. He takes this as a joke, but gets carried away by saying that he didn’t think of her who thought she was a whore. He defends himself by telling Lisandro that he can’t stand it anymore, and asks Lisandro not to approach him anymore.
Hortense asks Eliott what she thinks of Jude’s possible arrival as a student at the Institute. She admits that she’s happy, even though she doesn’t know if she’ll handle things well between herself and Greg. She claims that she has no feelings for Jude even though she likes him. But she still loves Greg.
Rose overhears a phone call from Joachim talking about accommodation and the budget. She offers to give him the number of a realtor. She refuses his help, she. Finally he logs into an escort app and reactivates his account.
Emmanuel Teyssier explained the classification of the event. Despite their great recipes, Greg and Lionel are second place. Jude and Eliott won their bet and took first place.
