Elevate Entertainment Group has announced several changes to its leadership team. Steve Zuehlke will be effective immediately as the new Chief Operating Officer, while Louis Maldonado will assume the role of Vice President of Food and Beverage and Jeff Mann will move to the company’s first Vice President of Supply Chain.
After 35 years at Cinemark, Zuehlke led the company’s global expansion and was instrumental in establishing Cinemark’s presence in 15 countries around the world. At Elevate, Zuehlke will leverage his experience to ensure a high-quality guest experience across all locations.
Maldonado is a Michelin-starred chef, a leader in the hospitality industry and a finalist on Season 11 of Top Chef New Orleans. A graduate of the California Culinary Academy, Maldonado will redesign the food and beverage offerings across the Elevate portfolio of brands.
Mann, who played a key role as Elevate’s vice president of food and beverage, will take on a new role as the company’s first vice president of supply chain. He joined the organization in June 2022.
