Cardiac arrest EP Patrick Walters launched a label in See-Saw Films and secured his debut assignment, Sky Atlantic’s. Show off.
Walters’ Fanboy label will create high-end drama and “celebrate unique underdog perspectives,” it says The power of the dog Manufacturer See Saw. The TV production of Fanboy is produced by Walters with Helen Gregory, Iain Canning and Emile Sherman for See-Saw.
Walters has worked at See-Saw for ten years, producing a number of shows, including Netflix hits Cardiac arrest and Apple TV+s The Essex Serpent.
“Over the past decade at See-Saw, I’ve been fortunate to develop a variety of stories that I could present as limited or recurring television series,” he said.
“The constant between these projects has always been the passion, creativity and mutual obsession of their creative teams.”
Fanboy’s first project Show off is an adaptation by Kirstie Swain of CJ Skuse’s darkly comic young adult novel. It is manufactured in the UK and will be launched next year.
