Success was there again as 8.38 million viewers, or 39.5% market share, responded for the new episode of the evening. On Thursday, May 18, 7.2 million people (for 35.9% market share) were ahead of the second episode of this new season.
As happiness never comes alone, yet another perfection has been announced to the fans of the series. On Wednesday, May 17, American channel ABC has formalized the production of an HPI remake, which is expected to arrive in the coming months. “It is a great honor and a great first to see a TF1 series that has become iconic since its launch in France and adapted by the Disney studio for the major ABC network in the US. This is a magnificent example of the quality of French production and the ability of the TF1 group to add an international dimension to the original creations. HPI will be watched by several hundred million viewers worldwide through its original version or the American version.Ara Aprikian, TF1 group’s Executive Vice President of Content, said in a press release:
